I wanted to open an account and get a card at this branch. I arrived on Saturday according to the schedule, 3 hours before closing time. I was refused service simply because "we don't work with individuals on Saturday." And they sent you to the office at Svobody 4, which is basically closed on that day. It would be great to more explicitly indicate the conditions of service on specific days on the maps, if you have them, so as not to mislead people. Well, don't send them to places where the doors are closed.

Yes, I did not apply for anything extraordinary, but the statements/ certificates, the transfer of cash to the account were all done with a wonderful attitude towards me and with a great mood and without strain! Many thanks to all the staff for the excellent service and for working until 20:00 - a rarity.
