The card was ordered 3 weeks ago. Bottom line - even now I can't use it. At first, they forgot about it altogether and did not deliver it. After calling to find out where the card was, I was told that there was some kind of "problem". As a result, I had it done "urgently", which in turn led to a negative balance. They told me to wait a while and the balance would be fixed. The result is that on the 4th day I have been sitting with a card with a negative balance, and I can't even put money there, because if I do, I won't have proof that no transactions took place with the card, and the balance was negative initially, which, in turn, will not allow refund the money. I really hope that I am the only one who has had to face such a situation, because it can very much set up people who need the card in the shortest possible time. Updated: The balance was fixed after 6 days.
