I'm not talking about waiting 50 minutes. A lot of clients, let's say. But such a "consultation" from a "specialist" of the mortgage department, and in general, such a consultation has never been received. Yes, we sat down with an employee about 15 minutes before the end of the working day, but does this really mean that we shouldn't get at least a drop of respectful communication as customers at all?? After hearing "should I tell you what kind of program do you need??"in principle, it has already become clear that there will be no question of any competent consultation and selection of a loan product. Anyway, thanks, we won't be coming back.

I was at the mortgage office on 05/29/2026 at 16-05 in Hall 2, place 24 It's just a shame. It's a disgusting experience. The whole mortgage consultation is that they give you this tiny square piece of paper, which are in the trays, a pen, and you mark what you want on this stub from the words of the employee, no printouts of conditions, no printouts of calculations, a list of necessary documents for the mortgage! I've never seen anything like it. The employee herself is arrogant, rude, disrespectful, did not introduce herself, did not ask my name. When she found out that she had not yet decided on the choice of housing (secondary or from a developer), she said in a rude tone that it was high time to decide. And when she realized that I wanted advice on all types of mortgages (there are only 3 of them), she raised her eyebrows, rolled her eyes and made such a displeased face as if it wasn't her job.
