I liked the dishes 💫unusual and most importantly delicious at the same time. For example, the dumplings are deliciously cooked, and duck liver and an interesting sauce are added.
The service is good, the atmosphere is pleasant, I wanted to come back again.
A small point: the aisles are narrow, and one of the waiters is so active, loud and takes up so much space that I had to walk sideways past him. Then I noticed the same difficulties with him and our waiter. It would be good for him to pay attention to this, so that everyone is comfortable, not just him.

I left 3 stars solely because of the quality of the dishes: everything was very tasty and the service was excellent. That's where the advantages ended... The concept of the institution is "live communication", i.e. there is no Wi-Fi. We were there with the children and naturally communicated vividly and cheerfully. Which was followed by a complaint against us from a couple who were pretty drunk nearby. To which the waiter apologized to the couple with the phrase "sorry for these ill-mannered guests." 🙈🙈 All the time, the waiters talked quite arrogantly and showed a biased attitude. Of course, we had to call the administrator and solve the issues of our bad manners with him) The review is more for the restaurant management: it is very easy to spoil the attitude towards you and earn negative reviews with one phrase from the waiter. The devil is in the details, as they say) Therefore, pay more attention to the selection of staff and their training on how to behave with the guests of your restaurant.

Just the best find from my last trip to Minsk, I liked absolutely all the dishes we ordered. There weren't a couple of beer positions and there wasn't much choice, but compared to the absolutely awesome dishes, it was a small thing. To everyone who is in Minsk for the first time, or who has never been to Bulbashi, I definitely advise you. The ear is a separate masterpiece, I can't remember when I've eaten such an ear. The menu is slightly different from the "Bulbashi" on Herzen.

We came from St. Petersburg, and on the advice of friends, we came to this restaurant. We really liked it. The interior is very beautiful, the service is excellent. We had a waitress, Maria. A wonderful girl, she told me everything in detail. She helped us decide on the dishes. I also found a common language with my daughter)))
As for the dishes, there is also a solid 5+. We took salads and hot dishes. Delicious salad with pears. The beef shank is excellent. The meat just melts in your mouth.

The worst place in Minsk in terms of cuisine and service that I've been to. Ear - water with fish and meat, without broth, as if it were simply diluted with water and filled with sunflower oil. Pike cutlets are just made of butter! It was so not tasty that it was impossible to finish eating, the potatoes that are served to them are just a chewed abomination.
My husband and I came to dinner, we were put in the aisle, foreigners talking very loudly in the middle of the hall, why sit in the aisle next to them if there are other empty seats? They asked to transplant it themselves. Yes, even to ask the waiter to come up - you still have to try. It's kind of tinny.
I'm surprised, because the reviews here are almost all positive, why? There are a lot of establishments nearby where the main ingredient in the dishes is not sunflower oil, and the staff takes care that customers feel comfortable.

We were at the restaurant today on November 16. I really didn't like it! I don't like basements, low ceilings. It's dark and stuffy.
The usual food. I would even say: heavy and fat. No fresh vegetables. It's like they put a stone in my stomach. I haven't tried any special delights. My friends are of the same opinion.
And the smug faces of the waiters, that the people in the dark (!) are grabbing everything.
Dessert does not stand up to any criticism at all! A poor casserole, like clay, with a spoonful of sour cream. The casserole is tastier and more tender in the canteen! But they served it with the words: "our signature dessert!"
They went and went. I personally won't go a second time. Even though they pay for me.

Great place!
Everything is delicious (really, really), including tinctures. We tried the one that is not yet on the menu, and this, of course, is a delight. The portions are large, we were pleasantly surprised.
The staff is friendly and friendly, we have not seen this in Minsk. They answer jokes, they are always ready to offer something if there is no dish. We congratulated my parents on their wedding anniversary with dessert, which was very nice of them, thank you!
And the location, of course, is good – after dinner we walked home in 10 minutes.

We went to lunch with my daughter . We were greeted at the entrance by a polite and very pleasant young man. That was the end of all the pleasant things . When we went downstairs, the waitress was openly rude from the doorway.. She said that there were no seats and could only offer us a table in the aisle , which was decorated with a huge greasy stain . She quickly accepted the order and left .. the girl poured the coffee and served it with the liquid flowing into the saucer ... she constantly pretended that she just didn 't notice us . During our lunch, all the tables remained empty.
Food... nothing special , pancakes with stinky oil .. the duck is just boiled .. The service is disgusting. I will never return to this institution and I will never advise anyone.

At first we didn't like it very much. We booked a table a month before the date of the visit. As a result, they sat us down on the aisle opposite the stairs. The location of the table is as uncomfortable as possible, because someone is constantly walking behind one of the people sitting behind him and is generally in full view of the rest of the guests sitting slightly lower in the hall. It was a little noisy from the hubbub of the groups of people, and I wanted to muffle it all a little with background music, which could be heard so that it only added chaos to the noise of the restaurant.
The waiter came over quickly enough and at first began to talk very tediously about individual positions. But that's okay, it's acceptable. He advised us to take Belarusian lusters as something cool local specialty. Well, we agreed to the lobsters with mushrooms, ordering a few more dishes. While we were carrying the lobster sandwiches, we had ordered vodka, but at room temperature. I know that there are people who like to drink vodka like that, but we are not from this minority, so the disgustingly warm vodka gave us the creeps. This situation was saved by a waitress who tried to cool the vodka and brought cold glasses. Somehow the vodka problem was solved. But then the lobster sandwiches arrived.
It was just tasteless. There were so many things mixed up that it was not even clear what they were eating or what the texture and taste of a particular product were. A big minus.
Next, they brought draniki with stewed beef. It's very tasty! The beef was beautifully cooked and the draniki turned out to be very bright and juicy.
Cabbage rolls with pike. It's a good idea, but something went wrong. The Peking cabbage was made of rubber, and the minced pike in the filling actively smelled of mud, which indicated mistakes in cooking fish. But the dish is not bad. The disassembled honey cake in a deep crystal bowl was simply delicious. No comments.
Throughout the evening, the waiter talked about the peculiarities of the local cuisine, stories about individual menu items and what exploits the chef went to in order to arrange a delicious dinner for us. In general, the chef did it, even despite the described disadvantages. It's even evident from the menu items that in Bulbash's kitchen people understand food and cooking techniques, but there are mistakes. Nothing critical happened, in any case, except for the terrible lusts.
The restaurant deserves a "5" rating for the service that corrects mistakes and the chefs' desire to make something unusual out of the usual Belarusian products. I recommend you to visit!

We went in the evening, found seats on high chairs near the window. My husband ordered two types of branded beer and draniki with porcini mushrooms, I ordered a disassembled Napoleon and mors. The beer is smoked, the taste is very questionable, it smells like a cow barn. Draniki are delicious, but too salty. Napoleon turned out to be thick and dry pieces of poorly baked puff pastry with custard and cherries. It's horrible. Both in appearance and taste. I agree with all the negative reviews. I am sure that this "restaurant" is designed exclusively for inexperienced tourists, and confident in the high status of this institution. It seems like he visited and rose)) In fact, if you are a fan of good cuisine, then forget this name and address altogether, consider that such an institution does not exist in Minsk at all. Regarding organoleptics: the cook puts into one dish everything that can be put as much as possible for color and flavor enhancement. It turns out to be a complete piggy, or a slop bucket. The waitresses claim that this is normal and 99 percent of this combination is acceptable to everyone. There is no own website, the interior is completely different from the word.. The very system of the institution's work is wiring, bring the piggy, then pick it up and issue a full bill for inedible dishes.
We ordered beef on a pillow of vegetables. The beef, by the way, was decent, BUT the fluted knives that are offered to be used for slicing it are absolutely blunt, they do not cut, but crumple the meat. With which the waitress agreed, and fell into another stupid blissful state. The vegetable pillow consisted of thermally unprocessed cauliflower. They kept assuring us that it was al dente, but we don't understand anything!
As for the second course, pike cutlets with mashed potatoes with smoked salmon and Dijon mustard... It's a complete thrash. Pike with a side dish of pronounced smoked salmon ..It's like they took it all out of a garbage can and sprinkled it with monosodium glutamate..
The waitress was called. they explained that their dishes were completely inedible.. The waitress said "OK" and took away the ordered dishes, After which she brought the bill, with full payment of the order.. despite the fact that we only tasted, and did not eat their "masterpieces". To the question: "Um, but how is that?! " again, with a blissful smile, she replied that this was a feature of their establishment. I ordered and got something inedible.Aries, be kind enough to pay anyway, and they don't care if you haven't eaten anything.
This is one of the most terrible establishments in Belarus, I strongly advise against it.
