An excellent and atmospheric institution, the food is delicious, the waiters talk very sweetly about the composition and preparation of dishes, so much so that you want to order and try the entire menu of the restaurant 😋😋😋

There's not even anything to say... They didn't let us in there! They said if they hadn't booked, then there were no seats, although half the hall was empty. They didn't ask if we were going to stay for a long time or not, we would have had enough to eat for 30 minutes, but no, it's booked, period, they will sit on guard at an empty table for half a day instead of working. So if you decide to visit this place, then book in advance.

Well, it's just love! An excellent restaurant in the very center, we were on the recommendation of friends from Moscow who were in Minsk during the vulgar New Year holidays. All the dishes that were ordered (a company of four people) Everything is great! Very tasty! We are very satisfied! Great interior! The service turned red! The waiters know the menu perfectly well, I advise you what you need! We are very satisfied and recommend it to everyone!

A good restaurant of Belarusian cuisine. The basis of the menu is traditional dishes in a modern interpretation.
The interior is eclectic, in a national style, but modern, not splintery. Pleasant, although the lower floor is gloomy, there is not enough light.
The service is wonderful, I have never seen better in Minsk.
I liked everything about the food, the presentation is beautiful, the taste is balanced. A little more meat in borscht and generally a top. Everything is decent in size, main course and salad/snacks are enough for one hungry person.

For the first time in Minsk and on the very first evening, this particular institution was recommended! And they hit the nail on the head! Insanely delicious, the interior is beautiful, the waiters are cool, they know everything from start to finish - how, what is being prepared, what is being added, what taste)
We tried several dishes and a dessert of glazed cheeses! Everything is incredibly delicious!

The staff at the entrance is unfriendly and not hospitable. It was 19.10.2024 ~21:00. The table was not booked, there were no seats in the establishment, but this can be said in a friendly manner for "this level", and not rudely and unfriendly.

They took borscht and fish soup, a cannon.
Secondly, dog friendly (came with a dog (small) on the veranda) the waiter immediately offered water for the dog, nice. Thank you. Yes, they did not sit inside, but the weather was good.
Beautiful interior inside, fast service, humane prices, provided that this is a restaurant, not a cafe.

The establishment is located in the center of the Upper Town, we came here by chance and did not regret it! Beautiful interior, good service, interesting menu and very tasty food!!! We took dishes of Belarusian cuisine from potatoes:pancakes with stewed beef and porcini mushrooms and pancakes with trout!!! Great serving and everything is very tasty!!! If you are interested, you can try local moonshine...served in crystal glasses... I really liked the lusta with porcini mushrooms! It is definitely worth visiting this place!!! It is better to book places in advance!

Belarusian cuisine in a competent and modern design. Everyone advises soups, but I tried draniki - I was satisfied and very full, so the soup didn't fit anymore:( . I haven't met better waiters yet - they are perfectly oriented in the menu, so they will also tell you what to visit in Minsk (including where else to try another cuisine / have breakfast). Nice interior.

Hello, we have arrived!
For the first time in Minsk. I chose the Bulbashi cafe with local national cuisine with a good rating. During the course of the cafe, the administrator specified how many of us there would be, there were two of us! There were 3 free tables for two people in front of us at the entrance. The receptionist first said that unfortunately there were no seats (Unexpectedly), then explained that due to the lack of waiters, they would not be able to serve us. Friday 04/21/2023 15:00. Curtain....
Updating the review. Exactly one year later, on 04/20/2024, I came to Minsk again, and again decided to eat at this restaurant, stayed for accommodation in a 2-minute walk from it.
Well, the second and third attempts were again in vain. We arrived without a preliminary reserve, three tables at the entrance were still free and the hall was half empty, but they did not seat us, due to the fact that all tables are reserved and will soon be occupied. We went to the second Bulbashi restaurant, it is located not far from the first one. We entered, the receptionist met us and informed us that she could only put us at the bar. There were 2 people in the hall!!! A human being and that's it. But the rest of the tables are reserved and are about to be occupied and they are about to start moving the tables for the banquet.
This is such a strange place! Always very heavily loaded, but always empty! It is good that this time we were not informed that they had no waiters, although to book a table, we were offered to call the phone number, whereas I am in the restaurant.

The furniture, dishes, tablecloths are pretty, based on national motives. The hall itself is clean. The toilet is terrible. Right down to the fact that there was no toilet paper. The service is fast, the waiters are nimble and polite. The liqueurs are excellent. Snacks - pate, deer tartare - delicious! Hearts are cruel. Vegetable salad - cheese cheese, it feels like they put all the cheese and cheese sauces that exist there. At the next table, people left an almost untouched portion of pancakes and beef stroganoff🤷♀️

A good place with an interesting menu of new Belarusian cuisine. There are game dishes. The staff is pleasant and the service is fast enough. There is a good drinks menu, there are tinctures. If guests come from another country, this is the right place to introduce them to Belarusian cuisine.
I used to visit this place very often, but they removed business lunches from the menu - now I'm a rare guest there.
I recommend you to visit.

We had dinner there 2 times. There are not many seats in the restaurant. The staff is polite and friendly. The entourage is unusual, there are jugs with lamps on the ceiling, and in another hall there is an oak table made of half a trunk.... I would like to thank you separately for the dish: stewed beef cheek with spelt... - this is something, I recommend it.

Disgusting! There is no wifi. (Good cuisine, large portions, professional staff), but no wifi! And not because it is technically impossible, but simply at the whim of the owner. Kind of a concept. Leave your concepts at home in the kitchen and enjoy the "live communication" there. And for tourists - for a second, in the most tourist place in Minsk - and at the same time for business travelers, for unhappy people like me, who could not go to my husband (girlfriend/ mom/children/etc), finally, for single misanthropes, make a Wi-Fi. Because these are maps of the city. These are train tickets. This is a taxi call. This is the 21st century and the capital, not a cave in Tibet. I had to take the waiters away from work out of boredom so that they would entertain me. Get it, sign it. And I won't come to you anymore. And I'll go to the neighbors "At the town hall", because they also have cool guys, delicious cuisine and pancakes with red fish, and they also have Wi-Fi. Because they are for people, not for concepts.

A wonderful place! Excellent service, delicious author's Belarusian cuisine. The portions are large and hearty. Draniki are wonderful, meat dishes are the most delicate, mini snacks are excellent. The dessert made of melted milk is simply perfect.
And a bonus for non-drinkers is non-alcoholic wine and beer.

A great place for a "delicious meal". If you are going to Belarus to try draniki, do not try anywhere else after the local ones (a joke, of course).
The service is perfect - no waiting time, quick change of dishes, the waiter is always somewhere nearby, but not annoying. The waiters are well-versed in the menu, they are very good at suggesting dishes to choose from.
The interior is 10/10. Very interesting design ideas.
