I ordered the product for the first time in this store. And for me, as a customer, it was important not only to buy the product, but also how the problem would be solved by the store's employees if the product did not match the quality of the purchased product. I bought an electric bike. After two days of operation, a plug defect was discovered. A day later, the store staff arrived and took the electric bike, immediately began to consider solutions to my problem, contacted the warranty service, agreed on all issues and came to the conclusion that it was necessary to replace it with another electric bike. They immediately issued the documents according to the requirements and on the second day they delivered a new electric bike to my house. I did not pay for the replacement and delivery of a new electric bike, everything was at the expense of the store. This indicates high-quality service and 100% customer orientation.
