Excellent sofas, which cannot be said about the service. - The sofa is of excellent quality, made accurately and reliably. - Sofas can be modified at your discretion: the type / color of the legs, upholstery, shape and size of the armrests, the length of the sofa, the length of the couch, the number of pillows, the interior floor (I advise everyone to make a plywood box). - There is an installment plan from the manufacturer. - It will be fixed/repaired under warranty without any problems. - Informing the customer during the order is not organized: if you want to know when the delivery will be, call (at the same time, the time may not coincide with what was said anyway). The delivery was not carried out at the promised time - no one called or warned. They made a mistake in the configuration of the sofa - they did not call and did not ask if this was acceptable to the client. - The sofa arrived terribly dusty. This problem could not be solved with a home vacuum cleaner - I had to take an industrial one. This spoils the impression of a beautiful sofa.
