I have repeatedly ordered delicious and reasonably priced pizzas. Friendly staff are always ready to help with the choice. I had dinner with my wife in a cafe. The dishes are delicious and well decorated. The only thing that is a little annoying is that the point located in the city center is of course popular, so it's not always possible to get inside right away because of queues.

There is a big complaint against the administrators of the institution. In order to order delivery, you need to wait sooooo long. I placed an order on the website. The administrator had to call to clarify the order. It's been half an hour. No one has called us back. They started calling themselves. The phone is unavailable/busy/being reset.
Accordingly, the question is: is it really difficult to just pick up the phone and report that due to the heavy workload, our order cannot be accepted? As a result, they spent about an hour trying to get through, but without success. During this time, they could have ordered at another institution. I think the administrators are incompetent.

But there are a couple of drawbacks, namely: drinking tea, coffee, mineral water or non-alcoholic beer will not work, because these drinks are not on the menu! This is the first time I've met someone who couldn't have tea, coffee, mineral water or non-alcoholic beer in a cafe!! Tin! And there is another drawback.. There is only one toilet for so many seats (in summer there are many portable tables), and there is also a washbasin in it. You have to stand in long queues to go to the toilet or just wash your hands (and you wash your hands before eating and after)! A big flaw. I give 2 stars

Later, we saw how she reprimanded the waiter who served our table. The other receptionist looked like he was just from the beach...shorts, a tank top and a haughty look. They didn't sell a pizza, but a loaf with a filling. I can't call it anything else. The dough is porous, it immediately looked like Ciabatta bread, so it also tastes the same. The burnt bottom of the pizza was bitter, the children immediately refused to eat it because of the bitterness and the rubber dough, and the condition of the black mushrooms discourages the appetite to eat it at all.mushrooms were not spared, apparently, so as not to throw them away.

The service is low, the receptionist with a dissatisfied face offered a table, brought a blanket with a favor. What kind of hospitality is this? The waiter who served us did not know what dishes were missing and did not warn us about the wait, the hour was just wasted in nowhere ! I didn 't like the kitchen , the drinks are clearly not made according to the recipe , the Aperol is just terrible ! The pizza was brought burnt, for an amateur. Such a popular place , but the expectation did not match the reality . Rudeness is at the highest level . Of all the things I liked, only the atmosphere in the evenings. We won 't come again!

Unexpectedly, we had a delicious and satisfying dinner with our son, being in the city on the way to competitions. A delicious and large burger was brought quickly enough, the fries were ordinary, but I really liked the hummus with vegetables, as well as the choice of fruit drinks.
