The burgers are very tasty and juicy! I definitely advise everyone, I rented an apartment in this house and came in a couple of times. I've never tasted better burgers anywhere.

I do not recommend ordering pizza for delivery here.
We praised this place and decided to order pizza at home, made an order at 4 p.m., to which we were told that we would be able to make delivery between 7.30 pm and 8.30 pm. It's time for 20.30, no response, no greetings. Time 21.00 no one brought anything, no one even deigned to call and inform that the delivery was delayed.
They started calling the institution to find out where the courier was, they didn't get through the first time. Then the Administrator called us back and informed us that the courier would arrive to you in MAYBE 15-20 minutes. As a result, the courier called at 21.20 and informs that he will arrive in another 20 minutes, well, that is, by about 22.00🤦🏼♀️
Well, there are no words for it, we no longer needed this pizza at such a time.
How do employees work who cannot prioritize delivery and the courier, he also sees the time interval when you need to bring????!!!
The service is terrible, because no one called or warned, and they did not even want to resolve this situation in any way, as if this was the order of things.
If you cannot perform your duties, then you should not introduce such a function as "delivery"!

I rarely write reviews, but there's a whole story here! In short, the burgers were waiting for 40 minutes, despite the fact that it was morning and the occupancy of the place was less than half. The burgers were cold, but one burger turned out to be the wrong one. I would like to say about the presentation separately: it was as epic as possible and I will never forget it! During the serving, after going through the entire establishment, almost to the kitchen, next to which we were sitting, a homeless man came in and started asking for money. Neither the receptionist nor the waiters cared. Apparently, this is part of the program or a plainclothes employee.
In general, if you weren't wildly hungry, you could return the money or demand other burgers.
I hope this incident is an exception to the rule, because the reviews are entirely positive. It was probably just not our day.

My friends strongly advised me to visit this place. The food was surprisingly tasty. I don't like to be biased, but the staff is just terrible. I read the reviews, many people mention the staff, but I came across the opposite. We walked around the city and decided to eat. After the walk, it seemed warm, we sat on the veranda, it began to rain lightly and we decided to move inside. When they told the waiter about this, they received the answer that they could not change seats. I understand this position when there are a lot of customers, but at that time a maximum of 4 tables were occupied on the veranda, along with ours and empty inside. It's time to be arrogant and say that we will wait for our order inside. And as a result, it did not cause any problems to anyone.
I still don't understand the logic of this behavior and the reasons why I need to explain why I'm transferring.

The receptionist immediately approached us and in a scandalous manner, in raised tones, began to demand that we vacate the table, because we had already occupied another one, and this table was for the next in line. We left the cafe. Another serious disadvantage is that there is simply no black or green tea, there are only sweet drinks on the menu, our family does not drink them.

The waiters do not care about the tables, everyone passes by as one, the table was not even cleaned when we sat down and before our request, no one bothered to remove the counter and food stains from previous visitors. The menu was served immediately, but in order to get through to the opportunity to place an order, you almost need to shout or go to the counter yourself, neither hand gestures nor other "verbal" calls a la come up do not react, there are several obviously unoccupied waiters at the counter on the summer terrace and at least that. The look and expression on our face as if we are enemies of the state and the people, and not visitors, no politeness or anything close to it. They take away the dishes with the appliances and serve new food, which means that you need to eat with your hands? The menu is literally snatched from the table without even asking, maybe it should be left? Also, until the height of the dirty napkins on the table reaches the fifth floor, no one will bother to remove them, in general, the institution is quite good and there is a desire to come more than once, but we hope to get to the waiter who watches his table and who cares about the comfort of people in the cafe.
