One of the order items was a new orange punch, very tasty. However, inattentive employees forgot to put it in the order and had to contact the pick-up area again. I also liked the new blueberry pie. The order on 13.06.26 was extremely disappointing. Everything from the food to the service turned out to be a complete horror. The vending machine wasn't working, so I had to call the receptionist, who helped me with the most sour expression on her face. The burger looked terrible. It looks like it was collected by a blind child. This has never happened before. Also, the burger did not contain the claimed cucumber. I had to go to the administrator again. Rolling her eyes, the girl gave me a new one, and without cucumber, she easily put the food off the shelf with new ones. I hope they won't let it go back on sale. The potatoes turned out to be not just cold, but icy. Did they give it to me from the day before yesterday's drunkenness or what? The toilets are dirty. The code doesn't work on them again. Burger King – you did everything to ensure that I would never come back here! 😑

When I first visited this point, I didn't have the best impression of it. Impolite employees (the girl at the checkout simply ignored my "hello"), there is no customer orientation from the word at all. Dirty, unmade tables after the guests, sofas covered in grease and garbage. Today I decided to stop by for coffee, try my luck, but alas and ah. My coffee was already made (it was in the coffee machine), the order was marked as "ready", but the staff was in no hurry to give it to me. 😁
