I have been ordering from Burger King Istanbul Kağıthane central branch via Trendyol for a long time and although I have experienced similar problems many times, I felt the need to share my complaint now because it has not improved. The last time I placed an order on 02.04.2026 at 23:53, I encountered the same problems again. Both paid and free sauces were never sent in my order. Although I chose a large size, the portion of potatoes was extremely small. The incoming products were cold, the bread was stale, I noticed that the meat and lettuce smelled like they were spoiled. This situation did not happen when I ordered from this branch for the first time; problems such as cold and stale arrival of products, incomplete sauce and snack orders were repeated in many of my previous orders. I have contacted Trendyol customer service every time. They created a refund request for the missing sauces and refunded the fee, but my refund requests for other products were constantly rejected by the branch. Despite this, I gave a few more chances in good faith by saying “it is from density, it is the human condition”, but the problems never improved and continued in the same way. After such repeated problems, I request an audit of the service quality and food safety of Burger King Istanbul Kağıthane central branch and a refund for all the orders I had problems with, especially my last order. I am also waiting for an explanation about when this branch will be restored and will start sending fresh, complete and hot products to customers.
