We ordered French fries and rustic fries, partly dry and cold, partly raw. The pie was redone twice and it was still raw dough. The hall is very dirty. We made an order on the spot twice, but we received it in packages with us. The trays are dirty over the bins, the garbage is lying around, no one rinses it during the hour we were there, although there were very few people.

I don't advise anyone to come here. The attentiveness of the staff and the ability to work with clients are simply at zero. Today, the order was issued in a torn package, which was not immediately noticeable. Of course, everything that was in it fell out on the floor (there was absolutely nothing left of the potatoes, and the burgers were all covered in mud, as can be seen in the photo). When asked to replace part of the order (potatoes that were completely scattered on the floor), the staff did not admit guilt and refused, although they were the ones who gave out the torn package, not us who turned something over and poured it out. It's just a horror, not a service. Some of the money just went down the drain. I don't like it when catering workers are "bullied" for no reason, because the load is already heavy, but this situation is just the height of arrogance. We used to come here occasionally with colleagues to have a snack, but now we don't set foot.

I came to this place terribly hungry, but even this fact could not overshadow the taste of those "delicacies" that I consumed. It feels like they put slop in my bag, half-eaten since the day before yesterday. The taste of French fries is not deep-fried, but freeze-dried, in a burger instead of a patty, meat from dumplings, and cola with the taste of detergent. After such a meal, all internal organs ache.
