I really love burger king, I've been to almost all points in Minsk, but this bk is probably the worst. There are no monitors waiting for the order, you stand cleanly at the checkout and wait for your order to be made Finally it was done, the order was not full and when I asked to report the pie, it was thrown cleanly to me. I understand that there is a lot of workload and nerves, but you can still keep yourself in control somehow 🤫 3 stars purely because my favorite burger king, don't spoil my impression pj :D

Burger King is expensive, but insanely delicious in a hurry. I've been to Kirova 2 many times. They were confused, they didn't report anything regularly. Fortunately, when making a complaint through the application, they always called me back, apologized and somehow compensated everything without problems. I understand, the train station, I understand, a lot of people, but they didn't report the burger in the last order (although in my experience I started checking the order when I received it), and they mixed up the coffee. If it were possible to give -5 stars, I would. We visited this institution today on 04/29/2025. We placed an order at 21:55 (we ordered 2 burgers and two rolls with lemonade). Not only did we wait for 25 minutes (although there was no shortage of orders, there were 2 other people besides us, and our order was the only one), we were told that there was no meat for burgers and offered us another burger (with the same beef as in that burger) IN 5 MINUTES. I don't understand why I had to wait 25 minutes if there were no ingredients. You could have let them know about it right away. Neither after 5 minutes, nor after 10, the burgers were ready. The cashier put the finished packages with him on the order counter, and HE WENT TO THE KITCHEN. At that time, a man was hovering near the counter and looking for these packages. And in the end, I took the biggest one and took it with me. After 2 minutes, we decided to come over and ask if our order was ready? To which the cashier told us: oh, and there was a package and it was gone. And he looks at us: can you find a man and ask? Is there nothing else we can do? I have already asked for a refund and to call the manager. There were 30 minutes left before the burger king closed, and the manager came over after 5-7 minutes. We told him about this situation and he offered to wait ANOTHER 20 MINUTES and hope that maybe they would make our order and not steal it. As I said, we've been waiting here for about 45 minutes. To which the phrase came through a grin: ahah well, why couldn't I have been called right away? I'm sorry, but it seems inappropriate to open your mouth in our direction at all, when you are, frankly, phoning at work. Just admit your guilt and that's it. Thank God the money was returned immediately. But the unpleasant aftertaste remained from such a non-caring attitude on the part of the staff. Various kinds of such situations occur systematically at this address of the institution. Perhaps in other locations, the service is at a higher level, but after today's situation, the desire to visit any of them has disappeared.

Yes, the food was prepared quickly, but since we weren't sure if it was our order, we decided to ask the girl at the checkout for help. They explained the situation about the lack of a receipt and reported that the debit from the card occurred from another address. That is, not even from this point specifically, but already from Pushkin) The girl decided to clarify whether we know the order number and, upon hearing our negative answer, said: "Then I don't know how to help you." Thank you, we probably know better what to do in this situation. In the end, we found out that it was still our food, though without one serving of potatoes. We had no problems surviving it, however, both the first and the second were cold. It was also not possible to use the restroom due to the lack of a receipt) Thank you for your indifference and a "pleasant" breakfast!

Some taps from sugary drinks pour either ordinary carbonated water, or add a minimum amount of syrup, it turns out diluted, you don't understand what. Usually in such cases, they somehow mark that the crane is not working, but in this case there was nothing. I think that the first two problems are purely the failure of the restaurant management, because 2 people (decided to come up to ask why we are waiting for an order for so long) for all tasks in sufficient running time (Sunday evening, at the same time it's a train station), it's not enough at all. 2 people will not be able to perform all the tasks of the restaurant (cooking and cleaning, taking orders, etc.).
