January 16 Akhisar District, Inegöl District, Bursa Province, I bought an apartment from the Zeynep Apartment project located in the Akhisar Neighborhood on January 2024. At the date of purchase, construction was in progress and Buryap company based in Bursa was responsible for the construction of the project. However, despite the approximately 2.5-year period that has passed Dec, the construction has not yet been completed. For a long time, the progress level of the project has remained at this level, although it has increased from about 70% to more than 80%, and although partial studies have been carried out from time to time, no progress has been made for months. additional payments have been requested and collected from us and other rights holders on the grounds that the construction can be completed since October 2024. Company officials justified these demands by stating that they could not sustain the project with their own means, had to subcontract the work to other companies and therefore experienced financial difficulties. In addition, company officials from time to time make Decrees such as “you are dealing with the land owner” and direct the responsibility to different parties. However, there is an unfinished project in the middle and dozens of rights holders who have been victimized. A clear, clear and satisfactory information is not provided to the rights holders why the process is not progressing and when the construction will be completed. On the other hand, it is observed that Buryap company has started new projects in Yalova, Çanakkale and Mudanya districts of Bursa. The fact that the company left the Zeynep Apartment Building project in the Inegöl Akhisar Neighborhood unfinished while carrying out new investments and projects increases our grievance even more. For this reason, we request Buryap company to provide a written and binding calendar statement regarding the completion of the Zeynep Apartment project, complete completion of the construction within the specified time frame, and refund to all owners of additional payments collected from the rights holders even if the project is not completed.
