There are no complaints about the bus itself... but the first impression of the carrier has already been spoiled

It's just terrible. We were on a flight from Donetsk to Moscow to Voronezh. It's not enough that the bus is a slaughterhouse, they just suffocated. So, along the way, it turned out that even though the arrival time in Voronezh was indicated at 19 o'clock when booking, he arrives at 22!!! How is that even possible? And drivers are generally tough, I've never seen such rudeness in my life. We were carrying a large group of children, and at the gas station, the children boarded the bus, and the accompanying adults stood near the door, waiting for the refueling to end. And the driver just, without saying a word in our face, closes the door and drives to another part of the gas station. Not only did we run after him through the entire gas station, but the children were hysterical - in their opinion, the bus left without adults!! How were these incompetents allowed to work with people in the first place? My impressions of the trip were the most disgusting, the worst I've ever had in my life.
