I want to share my delight from my recent visit to Byblos! This is a case where reality has exceeded all expectations. I decided to try fajitas with chicken! The portion is very large and satisfying, I barely made it, but that's not the main thing. The chicken was incredibly juicy, flavorful, and literally melted in my mouth. I was particularly pleased with the service speed. Despite the fact that the room was sold out and almost all the tables were occupied, my order was prepared without any delay. This is a big plus to the organization of the kitchen and service. But that's not all! I ordered coffee... and it was the most delicious coffee that I drank in Minsk! He was so good that I even had to ask the owner himself (a very pleasant and enthusiastic person, by the way) what the secret was. He proudly explained that he himself is a big fan of coffee and personally ensures that only expensive and high-quality varieties of beans are purchased. His words "we have the best coffee at Karl Marx" are not an exaggeration, but the pure truth! As a result: excellent cuisine, high speed even during rush hour, responsible approach to products and sincere love for their work. Byblos definitely deserves to be among the top restaurants in Minsk. I will definitely come back with my friends! I recommend it to everyone!
