We went into this cafe with a small child and a stroller, sat down at a table and waited for a long time for someone to come up to us. But two girls, presumably waitresses, were just standing by the window and talking to each other. My husband even walked around the hall with the baby and greeted them so that they would notice us, but even after that, no one came up to us. In the end, we just left. On the way out, I asked one of the girls why we were ignored. The answer was, "You should have taken the menu yourself, we don't fit." We came from another city and we don't know what the rules of the self-service establishment are. There were no signs or information about it either. Also, the girls didn't report it, apparently they were very busy talking to each other. It is unclear how visitors should guess about such rules. No greetings, no explanations, no basic attention to the guests. A very unpleasant impression and a completely spoiled desire to return.
