I had a very disappointing experience with this learning center. The system feels overly focused on payments rather than student progress. You are required to pay in advance each month, and if there is any delay, access to the Cambridge app is immediately restricted, which makes it impossible to complete homework or stay consistent. The customer service was also frustrating — communication felt unhelpful and sometimes dismissive. Additionally, the quality of teaching did not meet my expectations. Overall, I would not recommend this center to those who value flexibility, support, and a student-focused approach.
