I changed money in this exchanger at the train station today.A middle-aged woman with glasses cheated me out of 10,000 tenge. There was another girl sitting next to him, a partner, apparently. I returned to them after 30-40 minutes. The video was initially refused to be shown. I asked the boss to call me. They fussed, called someone, showed excerpts of the video, not completely. I had the amount in identical bills. They appropriated 10 thousand tenge for themselves. The money was not returned, of course. You'll get this money across your throat!!!Unscrupulous.
