At the same time, they checked everything that I asked for and even more (they saw that it had been sorted out before - they squeezed everything, although I was somehow ashamed to talk about it). We did everything thoroughly and with painting. The warranty is 2 years, regardless of mileage- I'm glad. The staff is friendly and sociable. I won 't wish it on the enemy .All activities are based solely on deceiving the client.After the car is accepted for repair, the receptionist Alexey calls and begins to convince of the need to replace extremely emergency and very important spare parts.After the client's consent is obtained, all this is included in the cost of the work order, but in fact no work is performed.The order is full of "completed work" and "replaced" spare parts, but, alas, it's all just on paper.Receipts are not provided, and your used parts are not returned.Everything I write is not unfounded.They were caught by the hand. In order to avoid a scandal, they returned part of the money.
It is a pity that the leadership of this organization does not monitor its personnel and allows anyone to enter its garden....
