I would like to express my deep gratitude to the employees of Euroservice. I applied on Sunday, it turned out that the remzone was not working, but the friendly staff said that I could safely drive the car and they would take it to work on Monday. Already on Monday at lunch , they called me and explained everything , they didn 't even give me breakfast , they told me everything , and voila , my car is ready by evening . To say that I 'm in shock is an understatement . Better customer orientation.

Unfortunately, the approach to repairs has changed. I believe that this is mainly due to the fact that the staff of this service station has almost completely changed. Car repair jobs are designed for speed, not quality. Locksmiths work 11-12 hours six days a week, and sometimes seven days a week, and they want to "fix" cars faster in order to earn a penny. The main principle of operation is to give the car back faster without checking after tightening with a wrench - not that with a torque wrench, but elementary, at least with a simple collar -> the degree of clamping of wheel bolts, hub nuts and everything else that the locksmith unscrews. All this affects the safety of the car in traffic, as well as the lives of people who are in the car after such irresponsible repairs.

While changing shoes opposite I came up to ask if they would make a collapse, they said they would, I say after this car, they said no, they are still standing there. In continuation, they said, leave the keys and we will do it during the day. I didn't get a bill for leaving the car, or how much it cost, but I just got a grin.
