I confirm that this is a boutique that you want to return to! Friendly and helpful staff, I immediately asked if there was a Russian-speaking seller and Ruslan helped me with the choice. There was no difficulty in communicating in Russian. An extensive selection of jewelry with the right sizes is available. This was important to me, as my fingers were larger than the standard female ones and I would not have been able to wait for the right ring size. Ruslan determined the size of the finger from the very first fitting and the 61 FR size (about 19.5-20 RU size) suited me. The service was quick, but I made my choice in 10-15 minutes. There was no queue on the weekend around 14:00, although the boutique opened only at 13:00 due to the Eid al-Adha holiday. As a gift, they gave miniatures of perfumes, a travel bag, and a cleaning kit. She asked to be wrapped in white paper with a seal, then unpacked the final beauty for herself. During the registration procedure, they offered tea/coffee/champagne on the terrace in the shopping center (and I agreed :)). The account data was filled in, but at the top level, not to the apartment. I paid for the purchase with a Freedom bank card without any problems. They issued a Tax free for a Russian passport right at the boutique, so that all that remained was to stamp it at customs at the airport and hand over all the ready-made documents to Global Blu (I made a refund to the card). Of course, the purchase was checked at customs, so I advise you to open the white package before the airport and customs:) The boutique and staff are excellent, I will come back for shopping whenever possible!!! I didn't have to wait long, there was a couple in front of me, then me. The choice didn't take long. The Russian-speaking consultant was not particularly endearing. Perhaps those who wrote a negative experience here have encountered it. In the end, the registration process went quickly, but with another employee (it seemed that the girl handed me over to another consultant (and an English one at that), apparently for personal guesses and considerations) . There was no question of any sparkling wine at all. No one offered. Water went all the way to ask and wait. I imagined the purchase process differently ... she left with a purchase and not very pleasant impressions.
