I was on a little trip to Armenia, and of course I visited the cascade, as one of the pearls of Yerevan. A curious museum of modern art, an interesting solution for connecting two parts of the city. From the top there is a stunning view of the city. Well, the architecture of the building itself with geometric accents is incredibly beautiful.

When we were there was no water on the cascade, and the excolators were not working. But the climb was not difficult. There's no hurry. One of the sights of magnificent Yerevan. At the foot there is a monument to architect Alexander Tamanyan, the architect who created a unique image of Yerevan. The cascade is mandatory for all tourists to visit. From the top point there are wonderful views of the city and the symbol of Armenia Mount Ararat.

One of the main attractions of Yerevan, the best observation point (it is important that you are also lucky with the weather - there is often a haze in Yerevan in the afternoon and Ararat is not visible). But the upper terrace is unfinished and is used by residents of neighboring luxury mansions as a garbage pit. The upper area is also not well maintained, slightly polluted and packs of begging dogs roam.
