The cascade consists of five multi-level terraces connected by 572 steps. An excellent panorama of the city opens from the upper platform. There is an escalator nearby, you won't notice it right away, but it is an indispensable thing for comrades with limited mobility. There are museums on the terraces, they are open on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, admission is free.
