Catherine Palace is one of the most stunning and luxurious places you can visit near Saint Petersburg. The architecture is absolutely beautiful, with its iconic blue and gold design that looks amazing even from the outside. Inside, the palace is incredibly rich in detail, with grand halls, golden decorations, and elegant rooms that reflect the history of the Russian empire. One of the highlights is the famous Amber Room, often called the “Eighth Wonder of the World,” with its unique amber panels and glowing design. The surrounding gardens are also very beautiful and peaceful, perfect for walking and enjoying nature. Overall, it’s an unforgettable experience and definitely a must-visit place.
