Disgusting service. The Samsung vacuum cleaner broke down, they used it once, they didn't even have time to remove anything, the smell of plastic appeared during use, they took it to the 5th element, the vacuum cleaner was sent for examination, where they wrote that the problem was in the engine because they didn't use the filter (it was standing and no one cleaned it, of course), then they decided to send the bag and filters back for inspection, it was written in the conclusion that everything was fine, however, with the staff of element 5, small holes in the bag were visible to the naked eye, which most likely caused the breakdown. It is a pity that we bought such products, as not only do we need to pay in installments, but we also need to buy a new vacuum cleaner. The engineer probably didn't even look, he saw that they had already been examined, and he left everything like that, abhorrent attitude towards people and his duties at work

We contacted the service center with a malfunction of the equipment (there is a video confirmation). They took money for the diagnosis, but they wrote in a piece of paper that there was no defect, it did not appear (I'm talking, is it working?) Whether they checked for a malfunction at all remains an open question. They can't give any guarantee. the master complained why the equipment was not taken back on the same day on the call (a weekday when everyone is at work). They insisted that the money for the diagnosis be paid in advance. Most likely, the answer was already prepared in advance: the defect did not appear.

On July 22, I submitted a request for warranty repairs. The machine stopped heating the water and the dryer stopped working. I was told that the master will contact me within 3-5 days. It's been 6 days, and the master hasn't contacted us. I'm calling myself. They promise to clarify the situation and call back. They don't call back. I'm calling again. They say that the master did not come and did not contact them because he ordered spare parts and in 2-3 weeks he will come with them for repair. I object that how does the master know that I need to repair? I was told that everything is clear according to my description and it will come out faster this way, these days are already included in these 2-3 weeks. It takes 3 weeks, no response or greetings from the master and the service)) I call them, but they don't pick up the phone. As a result, in the 5th element, I was advised to take an act from them stating that they could not perform repairs and come to the 5th element with it, they transferred me to this service station and lo and behold, I was talking to a person) They tell me that the spare parts have not arrived yet and they cannot say when they will arrive. I'm asking for this act. They promise to contact someone there about this issue and call me back. And this time they really call back. We are arranging for repairs on 08/21 at 17:30. I work until 18:00 and leave work an hour earlier, and as a result, the master did not come yesterday. No one picks up the phones for all the numbers listed on the website (I called 8-9 times). It's been exactly a month since I've had a broken car. Can you give me this certificate after all when my husband comes to you today? And I hope we will never cross paths with you again!

A disgusting organization. I had to contact under warranty, first of all, there was a problem getting through - they wouldn't pick up the phone in less than 10 minutes. The repair itself takes from 30 days. You can't find the truth, one consultant says we'll call you back in 10 minutes, the second one says wait for no one knows how long, spare parts have been ordered. Maybe, of course, they only treat warranty cases that way. But it is extremely unpleasant to deal with.

After the purchase, the refrigerator "Indezit" did not even work out the warranty period, waited for the master for a week,showed all the documents, he looked at the refrigerator and said that it was not yours, there was no sticker with a barcode that I took off after the purchase (of course, why would I need any stickers on the new refrigerator, that they can not be removed by the way, it is not indicated anywhere and no one warned about it), in the end he said that the refrigerator was removed from warranty and you can use it instead of a locker, super!) Money, time and nerves are wasted, we live in the 21st century!) There is no better "service" to be found...

He said it needed to be dismantled, a furniture maker came to dismantle it, said I don't have time to check it, let's send it to the center for further diagnostics, but I'm telling you that it's in good working order and will just roll back and forth. And so it turned out, the CBT PM's response is in good condition, steam is running due to incorrect installation. After being asked to look into it in more detail, they replied that it was not in my competence, I no longer have any information. Before sending it, it was dismantled and launched, and a video was recorded of steam coming, but this is not an argument for CBT. How can an organization with such an attitude to warranty service be an official service for many brands? Reading the reviews, they are almost all positive, but they are positive for repairs, and as for warranty cases, there are not enough positive ones, it feels as if they want to absolve themselves of responsibility.

There is no service. There is a reason that the money for the diagnosis is taken in advance. There is no feedback, they cannot give a clear answer to direct questions. It took the "qualified craftsmen of the authorized service center" as much as four days to mark two twirlers in places and say that there was nothing more we could do. The result is that the equipment has not been repaired, the money for diagnostics has been stripped off, time has been spent. The worst workshop I've ever been to.
