I have been receiving Ozone parcels from another place for a long time. There, girls with a sour face are greeted, they refuse to speak Russian and demand to show their passport. The first time I tried to switch to Lermontov. The guys sent the Ozone package by order number in a second in pure Russian. I went in, I went out, and even my mood didn't deteriorate (this is ironic, if anything). In general, if you don't want to speak English and you're too lazy to show your passport, then you're definitely in this visa ;-)
