They haven't been able to pick up the cargo from the warehouse for two days now - they come up with excuses and various reasons. The courier says that he arrived at the warehouse and the warehouse canceled the shipment... which is not true. The courier did not arrive, did not contact the warehouse... the service is disgusting…

I ordered the trunk (crossbars) through tiu.ru in bagsystems.ru from Krasnodar to Uralsk (Zhambyl 38/4). I came in 6 days (yesterday 22.07) with the planned 29.07, which pleasantly surprised me. The track was tracked on the site - there was a stop in Samara. I used to order deliveries to Orenburg for my brother, he brought me to Aksai - and SDEK worked clearly there. This time I tried Uralsk, it's a pity that there is no pick-up point in Aksai(((...It turned out to be very expensive, a relative received it, I am waiting for the transfer to Aksai. According to him, everything was fine on the issue, although when I looked at the reviews there were a lot of negative ones. Now I am waiting for a small parcel from Moscow, there is a little malfunction with the track, but the hotline operator quickly responded and gave information...
