I used the Parcel L tariff. This tariff is very valuable to me, because it is the only connection and opportunity to interact with parents who live far away. I was also counting on the cost of the fare, since I am a student and it is necessary for me to know the full amount in advance. Calling the SDEC hotline, I was told that the tariff buyer has the right to seal the box himself with adhesive tape, which is always present at the point, or the customer himself has it. I was not informed of this in advance at the point. I feel cheated.… The expectations were not fulfilled, it's good that there was a missing amount on the other card. I have been using SDEC for a long time, everything has always been clear in terms of cost and quality. Usually, my parcel was checked and assembled by an SDEK employee - a girl with beautiful arrows who works closer to the window, always explained in detail and clearly the information on the cost and signing of documents in advance. This time, I had to contact another employee of the SDEC, who considered the "packaging", arguing that it was the policy of the point and that it did not depend on her. Please state the amount to the client in advance and his capabilities.…
