Made a reservation a month ago only for it to be cancelled on the day the guests were to arrive on the grounds of the 'immigration document not being ready'. Which i found to be weird because the immigration card is only provided at the airport upon arrival and my guests were already en route. Not only did this cause a problem with the immigration police at the airport since now the information of where the guests were gonna stay was different from the information i had sent them since i had to make a new booking after that message. In the end received a 1500p coupon as compensation which is nothing. If you are a foreigner think twice about making a reservation here!

Очень нравится отель, переодически бронируем номер, всегда чисто , номера просторные, комфортные. Большая кровать , удобная. Уборная чистая . Номера хорошие . Только один минус это дорога . Бывают жуткие пробки, такси обойдется в хорошую копейку. А так все супер. Есть на каждом этаже курилка . Персонал вежливый , даже если препереться поздно))).

Проезжали Москву в марте 2026 года, остановились в данной гостинице. Нашли без проблем. Все очень понравилось: -Шикарный номер с огромной двухспальной кроватью. -ванная комната со всем необходимым. -холодильник и чайник в номере -кулер с холодной и горячей водой в коридоре Рекомендую однозначно!🙂
