The reception is great, the staff is polite. Quick check-in. Parking was free. I recommend the fifth floor. There is a balcony. Documents for reporting, upon check-in. Excellent breakfast buffet. It's possible for a couple of days, but cheaper, all the rooms were occupied. The Business room doesn't cost 4500, it hasn't been renovated in a hundred years, and the bathroom taps are terrible. The bed linen and towels are clean, and there is even a bathrobe. You can order food on the ground floor or eat delicious coffee there, but for some reason the price is the same today, tomorrow it's different, I didn't understand the logic. Everything is beautiful in the lobby, the furniture is new, but in the rooms, of course, everything is sadder. But due to the good location, the possibility of early arrival and cafes on the ground floor, I definitely recommend it.

It's the best service for the money!!!! When other hotels have a price tag of 7-9 thousand, here for 3500 you will stay in a cozy room with air conditioning and an entourage of the early 2000s. The staff is superbly friendly. Modern gym and massage services. And most importantly, the best cuisine in the city. It's the tastiest borscht I've ever eaten in my entire life until I arrived in Donetsk. Definitely my favorite place in Donbass.

I liked it! Clean, calm. The staff was polite at the reception. The window in the room did not close until the end. A technician was called and fixed in 5 minutes. I asked for a kettle in the room - they brought it! Hot water in the morning and evening, cold water around the clock (for Donetsk, this is a luxury). The borscht in the cafe was very tasty and the Greek salad was excellent. Breakfast was included in the room rate, excellent. For 3500 it's just luxurious.

There is a small refrigerator in the room, a hair dryer, an old small TV, WiFi is pretty good, sometimes it is dull in the evening, but not critical. The first time there was a business room, it certainly doesn't pull on business, but it will go for a couple of nights, the second time there was a comfort room, there was one pair of slippers in the room, air conditioning, a decent TV, the hood in the toilet was working, the toilet was locked, the room was WARM, the bed was clean. We booked a room by phone for the third time, the girl said that there would be the same comfort room, well, OK, we checked in and I was horrified, the room is of the same category, but! there is no air conditioner, the TV is small and square, it is not clear what years (thanks at least in color), there are no slippers, the toilet does not close, the hood is in the toilet it doesn't work, it's COLD in the room and the audibility from the street is like the window is open, the bed is smoky. I went to the girl at the reception to find out why two rooms of the same category are so different?! The girl did not give any answer, but only said that she could return the money... They said that a locksmith would come now and look at the door to the toilet, which would not close, of course no one came. I was terribly disappointed with such an attitude towards the guests and such rooms (the price, by the way, is the same as for a suite in our city). The room is dirty and very cold.

The hotel lobby is currently being renovated, and the rooms may be renovated soon. The breakfast buffet is modest, but quite tasty, homemade. Omelette and fried sausages came to me. Regular instant coffee. For such a price (a room without a balcony with two single beds - 4900 rubles) - it seems to me a little expensive. But the city center!

By the way, although there is a small choice of breakfasts, but everything is basic, you will not stay hungry. One of the disadvantages is that one of the bedside sockets did not work in the room, the shower gate leaked at both joints (there is no gasket, apparently). And the TV is 14’ for such a room, it's funny, I didn't even see him with glasses from the bed. There is parking on the street, but it is difficult to find a place during the day, in the evening without problems. And so in general I recommend it.

The staff is trying, but the question for the managers is: what are they wearing? What do they allow themselves? All rumpled, manicures for a nightclub. A special impression from the chef who came to our hall-I didn't want to eat! a dirty torn tunic and he periodically wiped his hands on his sternum-such a sight.
