Comfortable buses to Vilnius almost every half hour. There are a huge number of cafes. There is a clean toilet in the mall. If you need to go to the toilet, it is better to go straight to the 2nd floor of the shopping center. To the station toilet only if it is paid and stupid in a quick way.

14.07.2023 в 9-00 маршрут Минск сан. Сосны хочется поблагодарить водителя автобуса Хотяновича Сергея Ивановича номер автобуса 583 МАЗ 241 гос.номер АС 0347-5 производственного участка г Мядель филиала "Автобусный парк номер 4"за его аккуратное вождение, и вежливое общение с пассажирами ( с юмором и настроением ), с не лёгкой и ответственной работой, целый день за рулём автотранспорта везти пассажиров на дальние расстояния. Побольше таких добросовестных работников с такой профессией, не так много таких людей, которые соглашаются на такую ответственную работу. Спасибо большое за хорошую поездку.

Современный, стильный вокзал. Чистый, удобный по расположению - есть схемы,по которым можно ориентироваться и найти место, которое тебе необходимо. Туалеты чистые, персонал вежливый, всегда подскажут, если обратиться, вежливо и корректно ответят на вопросы.. Есть кафе, фудкорты на любой вкус. Цены доступные.

As a passenger who has never been inside the building, I appreciate everything except the building itself. Although the location is central, it imposes a number of restrictions: there is no way to get out of the car that brought you up normally, sometimes there is not enough space for passengers to disembark from the buses themselves, the low "ceiling" creates the impression that you are leaving some kind of gateway. My beloved Minsk deserves a more spacious and bright bus station.

Чистый вокзал, доступная многоуровневая парковка, приветливый персонал, туалеты лучше избегать на вокзале, но если будет необходимость то можно будет зайти - доступно и чисто на пять баллов по десяти. Кафе дорогое - естественно - это же вокзал.

Вокзал чистый Туалет чистый с громкой связью для пассажиров это очень удобно он точно свой транспорт не проваронит парковка по номерам платформы ( посадка пассажиров ) Персанал грубоват ( при покупке билета до сан. НАРОЧАНКА сказала что на 9 часов мест нету и уехать я смогу только после 13 на что я и согласился время покупки билета было в 6 начало 7-го часов утра в 7 часов откривается справочная за что я ей очень благодарен она сообщила что можно уехать в 8.50 точное время забал автобус идёт до поварота сан. НАРОЧАНКА 500 метров затем я снова взял эл .талончик и мне отменили на утрешни рейс Очереди нет

Замечательное расположение и близость к железнодорожному вокзалу, плюс грамотный и приветливый персонал нивелируют все остальные (мелкие) недостатки. В целом ОЧЕНЬ ХОРОШО.

Табло в ряд не запутаешься. В конце в здании билетные кассы, когда был очереди не было. Подход к кассам по талонам удобно из можно получить тут же в автомате. Можно уехать как в Вильнюс так и в Питер, так и вдугие города Беларусь.Одно неудобство для приезжих, не написано нигде маршрут следования автобусов , поэтому брать билет в интернете трудновато, если место следования не конечная,и планировать заранее маршрут трудно ,приходиться брать в кассе по месту. Поэтому может быть большие интервалы, неудобно. А так нормально, рядом Макдональдс и ТЦ с едой в дорогу проблем не будет.

Место хорошее В центре Вокруг много транспорта Единственное - нету заезда на автобусную площадку Что, конечно и хорошо, но таксистам подъезжать наверное не удобно Как хорошо что я не таксист) Рядом торговый центр Галилео - тоже плюсик

The bus that goes to the airport. The driver of the flight at 18:50 (03/15/23) did not let us board with drinks, arguing that drinks were not allowed. I had to drink ice-cold milkshakes on the street and throw most of them in the trash. As a resident of another country, I was offended by this behavior. Dear station administration, was this driver's behavior lawful? Are there regulations on the prohibition of transportation of beverages at the legislative level? Or was it a whim of the driver?

The place is interesting. There is NO toilet!!! Which is strange. It's good that there is a railway station nearby, but it's a little far. You can only enter the neighboring shopping center from the other side. We need to keep all this in mind. And if it suddenly "feels like it", it will take 5-7 minutes. intensive walking.

Сверхкомпактный автовокзал, с достаточно большим количеством пассажиров. Относительно чисто. Туалет платный, но лучше поискать в другом месте, например в ТЦ, расположенном над автовокзалом. Парковка ТЦ и автовокзала совместная, только платная. Очереди стандартные.

Туалеты чистые. Кассы работают быстро. Претензий нет. Немного плоховато мест для сведения внутри, но все доступные площади заняты креслами. Движение автобусов активное и их много. Периодически видны те кто берет команду на другие города. Маршрутки отправляются с вокзала или напротив ЖД. Очереди есть но не постоянные и короткие

To be honest, for such a passenger flow, routes, number of flights and transport, the bus station is small. We left it several times, including on international flights. We have seen how difficult it is for international travelers (high buses) to leave and how a partner driver helps to leave safely. Of course, it would be better to distribute the load between the Central and Eastern Bus stations. Or remove the extra shopping centers and make the bus station more spacious, as in the same Warsaw: open (ours is too gloomy and dark due to the overhead) and a lot of space for safe parking, turning high buses.

По воле случая пришлось посетить автовокзал. С парковкой конечно же беда но в то же время можно найти место. Что же касается здания изнутри то я был приятно удивлен тем что каждый метр площади используется рационально.тамбур, лифты,площадки,коридоры, всё чистенькое. Единственный минус отсутствие вентиляции в лифтхолле. Очень душно. Но всё остальное вызывает восторг и гордость за шагающий вперёд прогресс во всех направлениях. Я был приятно удивлен увиденным .

The most not beautiful place in Minsk. Time stopped there. It's dark, dirty, and smells bad. They smoke on the platform everywhere. There are a lot of drunk and dirty people. The toilet is paid and not washed. It is very dark on the platform and in the waiting room, even during the day. Buying a bus ticket in advance is a whole problem. And the rolling stock is in the same condition. I was driving from the airport, the bus seems to be new, but it's dusty and dirty inside. I was driving back to the airport on the route, I thought it would be better. An old Mercedes has arrived, the stove does not work, the door does not close, I was frozen until I got there...

Действительно красивый вокзал! Здесь очень уютно, красиво, чисто. Работает вежливый персонал. Много кафешек с разнообразной едой. Хороший зал ожидания. Современный ремонт. Есть магазины с сувенирами и печатной продукцией. На верхних этажах есть магазины с одеждой, обувью и многим другим.
