Excellent bus station. There is a disadvantage, there is no parking space for greeters or mourners. They are too lazy to go to the parking lot, so they park in the courtyard opposite, and this prevents the residents of the houses.

I admire Belarus and the cleanliness of its streets and crowded places, the central bus station is no exception. Parking for incoming buses and minibuses is quite spacious and well maintained, but it is not always convenient to put a personal vehicle nearby. The staff of the bus station is highly qualified, well-mannered and calm, they will explain everything, tell you, and wish you a safe journey. I did not use the toilet, the bus station is located next to the shopping center, where there is a free toilet, as well as many public catering places such as McDonald's, Thierry, etc. There are no queues as such, there are always several windows running. The bus station is within walking distance from the metro, the train station, and a 10-minute walk from the city center.

The bus that goes to the airport. The driver of the flight at 18:50 (03/15/23) did not let us board with drinks, arguing that drinks were not allowed. I had to drink ice-cold milkshakes on the street and throw most of them in the trash. As a resident of another country, I was offended by this behavior. Dear station administration, was this driver's behavior lawful? Are there regulations on the prohibition of transportation of beverages at the legislative level? Or was it a whim of the driver?

We have seen how difficult it is for international travelers (high buses) to leave and how a partner driver helps to leave safely. Of course, it would be better to distribute the load between the Central and Eastern Bus stations. Or remove the extra shopping centers and make the bus station more spacious, as in the same Warsaw: open (ours is too gloomy and dark due to the overhead) and a lot of space for safe parking, turning high buses.

Gentlemen, to go to the toilet about 350 meters from the bus station. Toilet M and W are separate with 6 holes per compartment. I waited 10 minutes to pee on the way. The whole process of getting there took 20 minutes. Yes, and for a second, all this is also for money; 3. Information about the upcoming buses is shining on the scoreboard. But since some routes have almost the same names, this information on the scoreboard often does not say anything at all, it is displayed in abbreviated form. Basically, people just look at the numbers and signs on the guests, having previously called the carrier and specified the platform number. Plus, some flights are not displayed at all. Probably secret ones. Conclusion: the landing boards are useless!
