This place is a real godsend for all connoisseurs of good tea. First of all, I would like to mention the incredible assortment. The eyes run away from the variety! You can find everything here: from classic oolongs and aged puer to exquisite herbal and fruit mixes. Every time I leave with a new purchase, I am never disappointed. The quality of tea is always excellent. But the main decoration of this store is its employees. I would like to thank Dasha, the sales consultant, separately! He is not just an employee, but a true professional and an enthusiast in his field. She was so attentive and patient in answering all my questions. Her advice was accurate, and her sincere love for tea was contagious. The service is at the level of a good restaurant! Thank you, Dasha, for your warm attitude!)

Since we have recently become the happy owners of a coffee machine, naturally there was a need for high-quality coffee beans. It was a completely new experience for me, a kind of immersion into the unknown world of varieties, roasting and flavors. Therefore, when I went to the Chayu Chai specialty store, I sincerely hoped for competent advice and help in choosing the "right" ideal grain. Unfortunately, my expectations were not fulfilled. Instead of professional help and interested participation, I was faced with detachment and a complete lack of desire to help a novice coffee lover. The salesperson seemed more interested in his conversations than in the needs of the customer. Unfortunately, I only got a negative experience and disappointment in "Chai Chai". The impression remained extremely unpleasant, and, unfortunately, I will no longer visit this store. I hope my review will help other customers avoid this situation and find a place where customers are treated with great attention and professionalism.
