A great gym with a pleasant atmosphere! I've been going to the Chekhov Gym for a long time, and overall I can say that this is a great place to exercise. The gym has a * swimming pool*, which, although small (only 4 swimming lanes), is quite convenient for those who want to swim after a workout. There is also a *small sauna* for 2 people in the men's locker room, which allows you to relax after intensive training. As for the changing rooms, they are quite compact, we can even say that they are cramped, and the shower cabins are located in a row, their number is also not too large. But despite this, everything is thought out for the convenience of users. On the *ground floor* there is a swimming pool, reception, a small cafe where you can drink coffee, and changing rooms with showers and a sauna. On the *second floor* there is a gym and a room for group fitness classes. The gym is well equipped, all simulators are practically new and modern, which makes training as comfortable as possible. Coaches and consultants are always ready to help, give advice or show the correct technique of performing exercises. I would especially like to note the professionalism and friendliness of the girls at the reception — they will always help with any question with a smile. Overall, the Chekhov Gym is a great place to practice sports, and I can confidently recommend it for a visit!

The disgusting impression of the Chekhov gym on Fedokor. The administrator Tamara behaves extremely rudely and unprofessionally. Despite the fact that they confirmed the possibility of a one-time visit by phone, they simply refused to let us into the hall on the spot. Communication was in a boorish and absolutely unacceptable form for the service sector. Moreover, after this situation, the administrator told the coach not to study with me, which forced him to cancel his trip to the club. I consider such behavior to be an abuse of authority and an absolutely unacceptable attitude towards clients. This attitude is especially unpleasant considering that I regularly take personal training sessions, buy protein and leave large amounts of money at the club. After such an interaction, the desire to buy a subscription completely disappeared. It's a pity, because the coaches and the rest of the staff at the club are really good, but it's this administrator who spoils the whole impression of the gym. I would really like to receive an apology for the situation that has occurred and hope that in the service sector there will still be no place for people who do not know how to communicate respectfully with customers.

To the management of the fitness club "Chekhov" Fedokor Fitness Club Please pay attention to the extremely unpleasant and unacceptable situation that occurred when visiting your club. Before the first visit, I contacted the club by phone in advance and clarified the possibility of one-time visits, since I am in Tashkent temporarily and will be leaving soon, and therefore it does not make sense for me to purchase a monthly subscription. The club manager informed that it is possible to attend according to a one-time payment system in the amount of 100,000 soums per lesson. This information was confirmed to me both by phone and during a personal visit to the club. After that, I visited the club several times, calmly walked into the gym, paid for one-time training sessions, and there were no comments or restrictions from the staff. Moreover, it was explicitly stated to me that during the week I can attend the club using this payment system. However, on the next visit, the situation changed dramatically. The club's administrator/manager Tamara rudely and rudely refused my sister and me entry to the club, started raising her voice, talking extremely disrespectfully and demanded to leave the premises without any clear explanations. And she refused to even comment on the situation. At the same time, there were no violations on our part. They did not explain to us the reasons for the refusal, despite the fact that the club had previously confirmed the possibility of one-time visits and had already repeatedly allowed us to pass. I consider such an attitude towards clients to be absolutely unacceptable for a fitness club, especially considering that: — the conditions of the visit were agreed in advance by the club staff; — I spent my time and money on the road and training; — the information from the club's staff turned out to be contradictory; — the refusal was expressed in a humiliating and rude way. It is especially unpleasant that such behavior of one employee completely negates the positive impression of the club, the coaches and the service in general. I ask the club management: 1. Check this situation. 2. Provide an explanation of why the client is first repeatedly confirmed and allowed to enter the club, and then denied entry without explanation. 3. Have a conversation with an employee who has allowed rude and unprofessional communication. 4. Provide an official response and explanation of the current situation. All the fitness trainers can confirm my multiple visits, and I have developed good relationships with them during my workouts. I would really like to see a respectful and consistent attitude towards customers in the service sector, rather than situations where rules change without warning and communication with visitors occurs in a rough manner.
