I recently had the pleasure of having dinner at the Celentano restaurant with my wife and two friends (a woman and her son). Remember? By the way, I must say, it was a wonderful experience. When we entered, the warm, welcoming atmosphere made us feel comfortable. I well remember: about 35 years ago there was a building materials store here. It looked a little plain. And now the situation is completely different. If the famous actor from Italy were invited here, he would be delighted. The menu featured a large selection of classic Italian dishes. We chose dishes with meat meatballs. Light meals! My friends were happy. As for the service, I would like to say. At that time, we were served by a waiter (his name is Kirill). His service was perfect. I talked to him in English and did not expect him to be fluent in the language. Kirill should also be praised for the service and for his good knowledge of English. Please also praise the waiters and chefs for tactfully watching us talking with our hands as if we were aliens from another planet, as well as for serving us when Kirill was busy with other customers. I agree that Celentano is the pearl among the restaurants of its class in Tsarskoye Selo.
