The place is wonderful, but I got to a master who is not very professional, apparently. The manicure (gel polish) was done in 46 minutes. When cutting the cuticle, 2 fingers were injured, streaks of varnish, uneven shape of nails, everything was done very quickly, not for the quality, but for the number of customers. I was confronted with rudeness from the receptionist and an extremely unpleasant tone of communication on your Instagram account. In addition, there is no work with claims in the salon: in the case of poorly rendered services (eyelashes/ nails), the staff does not apologize and refuses to refund funds. It is a pity that, with good craftsmen (if this is the case), the administrative resource so badly spoils the reputation of the salon. I hope you will take action.
