Problems with the return of goods to legal entities. They delay deadlines and are reluctant to respond to requests. As a result, almost a month later, the refund is refused. An official refund request was sent the first week after receipt. The product does not fit, the package has not been opened, and there is no refund. Please write in the contract that a refund is not possible. This is the worst organization that doesn't value customers. What prevents you from putting one order in one place is a mystery. If you are a physical person. face, I do not advise you to come for an order in the afternoon. You will be jostling for at least 20 minutes in the same queue with the Eureka, and in addition to this masterpiece collection of orders, they also have tedious paperwork. Apparently, employees get tired of running like a squirrel in a wheel, so they're a little sleepy. Instead of placing a small order, it is better, if the product is available, to take it to the sales floor and just buy it, it will be much faster.

Then the manager dumped the information from the accounting department where I have to fill out the form, filled it out, sent it, and silence, two months have passed, the money has still not been returned. The girl did not explain the reason. I demanded the money back and waited for a refund for another 4!!! of the day. I do not recommend this organization. P.S. It's impossible to get through here at all, no one picks up the phone at all on weekends. Only the robot answers the phone, which does not help, but rather infuriates.

I came personally to write an application for a refund of the fin and it turned out that it was not necessary! I asked if the seller could have solved this issue immediately on the last visit: the answer is yes, if I paid with a card! I believe that I received an unqualified service when picking up the goods from intermediaries, illiterate advice from the seller on the return of the goods, the lack of a brief and objective communication with the manager V.S.Perepechko, who works remotely, the phone number indicated in the signature of the letter is disconnected. Recommendations to other users: 1) be sure to take pictures of the kit yourself, this will speed up the process when communicating. 2) the seller can return the product with a refund after 19 if the payment was made by card 3) manager V.S.
