We went to the "tulip festival". If you're a tourist, don't go on weekends. The tulips were fenced off, and there weren't that many of them. There were a lot of people. The park is not designed for such a large number of people, although the territory is not very small. Workers stood at most of the flower beds and forbade them to go to the flowers. It's probably for the best, there's nothing left of them. In principle, this does not stop the locals from picking flowers.
