We were in Gomel from 02/21/26 to 02/23/26 Compared to last year, there are comments on the number: 1) the floor creaked (near the window) in the bedroom 2) the shower doors are not adjusted (the gap at the bottom) 3) the attachment of the "liquid soap" over the sink is broken 4) on weekends, there is loud music in the cafe in the evenings, which can be heard in the room. The staff at the reception are smiling and friendly. Breakfast is normal, generally good.

The staff is friendly. There are no complaints about the cleanliness of the room (including towels and pastel). During the day, the room is cleaned, the pastels are covered, which is also nice. Those who like to bring a free souvenir from the hotel will receive disposable slippers. Breakfast is organized in a cafe next to the hotel, but for this you need to take a voucher at the reception. Portioned breakfasts to choose from: scrambled eggs, omelets, pancakes, boiled eggs, breakfast cereals. Unfortunately, oatmeal porridge is not offered for breakfast. The default breakfast is supplemented with a choice of tea or coffee and two sandwiches (white bread + cheese + butter; black bread + sausage) with yogurt. In general, the breakfast is dense in terms of volume and calories. I liked the coffee too. There was only one disadvantage for me: I could hear everything that was happening at the door of the next room. The reason: the standard rooms are located so that they have one common vestibule for 2 rooms. The entrance doors to the room have low noise insulation, and everything that happens in the vestibule feels like it's right in your room. Perhaps there is no such problem in the rooms of the class above, because there is no vestibule there either. Overall, I am satisfied with the hotel. I wish you development!

Friendly and courteous staff both at the hotel and in the cafe. There's a good mattress on the bed. It was quiet at night. Breakfast is also delicious and the size is normal. On the downside, with the temperature outside around 0, the room was very cold. It was draughty from the window. He slept without taking off his clothes. The room has air conditioning, but they didn't give me a remote control and said it didn't work for heating.
