We were in Gomel from 02/21/26 to 02/23/26 Compared to last year, there are comments on the number: 1) the floor creaked (near the window) in the bedroom 2) the shower doors are not adjusted (the gap at the bottom) 3) the attachment of the "liquid soap" over the sink is broken 4) on weekends, there is loud music in the cafe in the evenings, which can be heard in the room. The staff at the reception are smiling and friendly. Breakfast is normal, generally good.

The room has air conditioning, but they didn't give me a remote control and said it didn't work for heating.

In such conditions, even the most hectic day seems calm and pleasant. I also want to mention the convenient and advantageous location of the hotel. Shops, cafes and attractions are just a few steps away, which is very convenient for tourists. I was able to easily walk around the city, go shopping and enjoy the local cuisine in the cafes located near the hotel. This place became a day base for me to explore Gomel, and I was glad that everything I needed was at hand. But that's not all! The rooms are cleaned every day, which indicates high standards of cleanliness and service. This gives me even more confidence and comfort in my vacation. Every time I came to the room, I found the perfect order and freshness, which is always nice. I would also like to mention the friendly and helpful hotel staff, who are always ready to help with any questions and suggestions.
