Rooms were okay, reception staff cooperative. Food tasted good, but restaurant staff were not cooperative, probably due to language barrier, and also they were not trained to deal with dynamic changes in the situation. Often, the restaurant had no billing clerk. Waiters were not bothered to take accurate orders and avoided any eye contact or other forms of communication. Clear lacking of empathy felt by waiters and restaurant staff.

Побыли здесь совсем недолго. Хотели остановиться на ночь, чтобы не ехать много часов. Вечером стало плохо, поэтому решили вернуться в Россию. В номере пробыли от силы 2 часа. На ресепшене ответили, что деньги вернуть не смогут, даже часть (это было ожидаемо, конечно, но неприятно). В самом номере жутко холодно, как в склепе. Очень неуютно. Наверное, хорошо, что не остались там на ночь. После такого можно и заболеть. Гостиница - типичный совок. Остановились здесь только потому, что было по пути. Больше бы не решились здесь гостить.

As a person who usually travels quite freely and briskly, it was nice to stay here for the night. It's perfect for fast trips. From the outside, it looks like an exemplary Soviet hotel, without frills, but with impressive monumentalism. Inside, everything in the foyer is brand new and beautifully maintained. The biggest plus is the price, it is very low, very affordable; of the small disadvantages (which the hotel is certainly not to blame for), in my opinion, the hotel is still far from the train station and the main tourist spots of the city, which can be a problem if you do not have a car, but you need to leave early /It's too late to arrive.
