A great hotel on the outskirts of Gomel. The hotel is located on the outskirts of the city, very convenient if you need to stop on the way from Brest. It's quiet at night, despite the proximity of the road. The hotel occupies 2 floors in a residential building, most likely a dormitory of an educational institution. There is parking nearby, there are enough places. It is suitable for those who do not want to stay in the city center or are passing through here. The center is 10-15 minutes away by car. There is a park nearby, a large shopping center and shops nearby. The room is small, there is an air conditioner, which is not very well located and blows on the bed, safe, refrigerator and TV. The room and bathroom were clean. The bed is comfortable. On the ground floor there is a cafe with a separate entrance, where breakfast is served in the morning. A la carte breakfasts, several dishes to choose from. Everything was delicious. The cafe itself is open until late in the evening.

I would like to highlight the polite and attentive staff.
The room is quite clean. Towels, slippers, hygiene products, everything is available. The breakfast is decent, to choose from the menu.
There is a parking lot.there is a cafe with delicious food in the same building. 10% discount for hotel guests.
There was not enough pastry chef and a working refrigerator in the room.

We were in May 2021 and in May 2024. A good hotel. The standard room is a little cramped. But clean, tidy, comfortable beds, impeccable linen. The staff is prepared and responsive. Parking is nearby. Breakfast is no frills, but for this money it's fine. The food is fresh. Delicious. The refrigerator did not work in the room (it was not replaced in 3 days) - I had to carry milk and yoghurts to the first floor. In the evenings, in the cafe of the same name on the 0th floor, music booms until 23 o'clock so that the walls in the room on the 2nd floor vibrate. Not to fall asleep, not to watch TV. Requests to make it quieter are ignored.

The hotel is located on the edge of the city so that you can arrive late, relax and leave in the morning. But from here you can take a taxi in 6 minutes for almost 5 rubles. to the nearest shopping center (after 20.00 there was a discount on taxis for almost 3 rubles.)
The hotel itself is located on 2 floors. It's very nicely decorated here. On the 2nd floor, you can even take a book to read, if you have the time and desire.
The rooms are cozy and clean. But at night I had to open the window because of the heat, because the air conditioner blew directly on the headboard when turned on, so I had to turn it off at night. I would like to ask the one who hung up the air conditioner - did the specialist think about where the air flow would be directed and whether people would feel good? I think not((
There is a cafe "City" at the hotel, the entrance is from the street on the side. The cafe staff is very polite. And the hotel guests are given a 10% discount card during their visit. And in the morning, breakfast is served in a cafe, but in a different room (there is no discount!). I want to note that the food is delicious!
There are very nice receptionists at the reception who want to answer your questions. Souvenirs can be purchased here.
I wish to grow by more floors, but outweigh the air conditioners so that they bring pleasure at night)))

The main disadvantage of the hotel is its location is very far from the center. From the station it takes 15 minutes by taxi and 35 minutes by buses and trolleybuses.

The interior is very pleasant. A good bathroom.node. but I was already getting tired. Shampoos are small. Slippers are also available. Hot and cold water in the cooler in the hallway. But there is a nice bonus in the form of chocolates, cookies, tea and coffee bags. A TV with a lot of channels. The hotel has its own cafe with a good menu. Simple but delicious breakfasts are included in the price. And another small minus. The cafe is right under the windows...so the noise and music will end only at 23.00, you will not be able to sleep earlier. But these are small things. The hotel is good, I recommend it to everyone. If it's so convenient with your own transport. Oh, yes...prices will be significantly lower than in hotels in the center. And this is a huge plus.

There are no kettles and microwaves in the rooms, but there are bottles with boilers in the corridors and a small treat in the room. Smoking is not allowed in the rooms. Отличная Гостиница. Расположена очень удобно.Рядом парк, напротив гостиницы расположена остановка общественного транспорта в цент города. Чистые, уютные номера. Персонал приветливый, отзывчивый, стремится помочь в любой ситуации. При отъезде из гостиницы оставили вещи в номере (спешили). Администрация гостиницы в лице дежурного администратора Татьяны позвонила и предложила их нам вернуть. Отправила их нам почтой на домашний адрес. Большое Спасибо Ей за заботу и беспокойство.
Отличная гостиница, всем рекомендуем!

The hotel, as I understand it, was converted from an old Soviet dorm. It's quite small and cramped. The rooms are small, the furniture and carpet are already old. In general, you can live. They clean the towels every day. I didn't understand why I couldn't put a normal urn in the room, there is only a microrna in the toilet.
The breakfasts and dinners are delicious, there are plenty to choose from. In general, it will work.

Прекрасный отель! Есть парковка. Девушки администраторы максимально милые, вежливые и симпатичные. Везде современный ремонт, всё со вкусом. Нас 4. 2 взрослых и 2 детей. Номер предложили с большой кроватью и диванчиком раскладным. Все уместились. Номер не большой, но уютный. Чистота, всё работает. Всё современное, розетки и свет там где нужно. Сейф. Фен, тапочки, полотенца, гели, мыло, всё есть. Берите завтраки, не пожалеете! Помимо основного блюда, подают хлеб с маслом, сендвич с сыром и ветчиной, блинчики, йогурт, напитки на выбор. Цена примерно 3000 р. За ночь Вместе с завтраком. Это не дорого за такой сервис и номер. Очень советую! Спасибо большое!

Очень хорошее место. Всегда приветливые и весёлые администраторы. В номерах уборка каждый день, чисто, уютно, как дома. Удобное место, рядом парковка. У меня был завтрак и ужин. Завтрак, включён в стоимость проживания. Предоставляется отличный выбор вариантов завтрака, и колбаса и вареники и сырники и драники. У меня был оплачен ужин, всё отлично, единственное выбор первых блюд очень скромный, солянка и куриный бульон, Но Всегда всё свежее и вкусное. Отдельно хочу поблагодарить официантов (очень приветливые и внимательные), ну и конечно же огромное спасибо поварам, которые меня кормили на протяжении 2-х недель))) Спасибо!!!

The window overlooked the cafe, the music was blaring until one o'clock in the morning, it was difficult to fall asleep. Очень классный отель! Рекомендую!!! Чисто, комфортно, персонал отдельно порадовал готовностью решить все вопросы.
В номерах и в самом отеле чистота, уют и красота. Была приятно удивлена ежедневной уборкой и сменой полотенец. Постельное белоснежное. Фен и одноразовые тапочки к вашим услугам . При отеле прекрасное кафе с отличным завтраком на любой вкус (6 вариантов). Завтрак очень вкусный, обедать долго не хотелось. Про обед не знаю, т.к. не пришлось обедать.
Рядом парк Фестивальный, где можно прогуляться.

Хороший, комфортный отель 🛎. Главное - недорогой. Есть кулер на этаже, кондиционер в номере. Завтрак тоже недорогой, дешевле чем во многих отелях . Место тихое, правда, до центра только на машине. Персонал любезен. Да, кстати, для курильщиков даже есть специальные места для курения, не выходя из отеля.

Хорошая гостиница , неплохого качества сервис. Персонал доброжелательный. На просьбы реагирует. Номера небольшие но чистые опрятные, кондиционер. Есть посуда для чая, есть кулер в коридоре. На завтрак несколько простых вариантов, сосиска - яйцо, драник, вареники творожные ленивые, но есть дефицыт продуктов, то этого сегодня нет, то того. За соседней дверью кафе, где и кормят завтраками, рядом есть продуктовый магазин. Рекомендую.

Отличный отель, вежливый персонал, есть лифт.
Номер - 2х комнатный люкс , громадный с огромными окнами и видом на море, дизайнерский современный ремонт, в приятных оттенках, огромная удобная кровать, кофемашина,чайник и весь комплект для напитков. Пол санузла с подогревом,это очень комфортно. Завтрак можно заказать в номер,а выбрать из нескольких сформированых наборов.
Расположение отеля очень удобное,в историческом центре Махачкалы и недалеко до пляжа. Рядом много ресторанов и кафе. Рекомендуем для отдыха!

Замечательный отель: чисто, уютно, тепло, тихо, очень доброжелательный и отзывчивый персонал, шли навстречу всем просьбам, большое спасибо ❤️ Были с 10 по 12 февраля, 1 взрослый и 3 детей. Взяли блок 2+2. Очень рады, что остановились в этом отеле. Будем приезжать еще. В кафе можно было бы добавить детское меню 👶 : пюре, котлеты, пельмени, сосиски 😀

Хорошее, уютное место для дружной компании в самый раз!!!!! летняя терраса очень красивая и в жаркую погоду там работает кондиционер водный, это большой плюс!!!
Вкусная кухня, но на мой взгляд нужно вернуть старое банкетное меню оно меняется очень часто! А так в целом крепкая 5!
