Очень квалифицированные специалисты, персонал на высшем уровне, по отношению к пациентам вежливые и отзывчивые. Всегда доброжелательные. Время ожидания приемлемо, при поступлении сразу берут необходимые анализы и назначают лечение. В отделении реанимации работают быстро и слаженно, уход и наблюдение ведётся постоянно. Так же в отделении Хирургии, врачи знающие свою профессию, работают чётко и слаженно. Каждое утро проводятся обходы пациентов, регулярное лечение и контроль анализа. Чистота и порядок на должном уровне 👍👌

But there is a huge amount, BUT there are no medicines, we bought them ourselves from a Band-Aid, syringe, phys. solution and before painkillers after surgery. It seems that all this should be provided if you communicate on insurance.....

Упал с лестницы. Невысоко, метра три. Приехал сам, с супругой. Народ был, но не много, выходной день. Дышать сложновато, но боль терпимая - шок ещё не прошёл. Минут сорок ждал пока придут херурги... Назначили рентген, пошёл занял очередь. Жду. Трое, это не очередь, а так. Подходит моя, появляется "местный", с симпатичной девушкой, по лицу девушки видно больно... И... Без очереди. Не смог промолчать, но самое смешное - девушка всё одно прошла без очереди. Правду говорят - красота непобедима. Итог - попал к этому "местному", несколько раз ходил в рентген за результатом, три с половиной часа ушло, диагноз - ушиб. (странный ушиб, уже месяц болит). Не делайте замечаний местным, они этого не любят. Будьте здоровы.

Больница конечно продвинулась в плане оснащения и оформления как внутри здания и снаружи, в начале 2000 годов была в упадке в моей памяти. Сейчас это просто огромный мед. комплекс с огромным мед.персоналом (хотя конечно как показала практика на мне, персонал нужно увеличивать, может в сезоны, я ждал пока поменяют мне капельницу целых 40 минут, и то ходил несколько раз за мед сестрой сам, у нее был завал). Конечно видно что медики делают свою работу, а работы там не мало, и картины пациентов конечно же от лёгкого ужаса до больного кошмара. В целом нормально. Кто читает желаю всем здоровья, и нашим близким, и друзьям!!!

Отличное хирургическое отделение, заведующий принял на консультацию, и сразу же оформил меня в отделение, так как состояние было уже на госпитализацию. Все это в рамках ОСМС. Операция прошла хорошо, оперировал сам заведующий, шрамы минимальные, и на ноги встал легко, восстановился быстро, не смотря на то что перед операцией состояние было тяжелое, считаю что это заслуга клиники.

Могу сказать, что специалисты отделения ортохирургии высокого уровня. Зав.отделения Мейрамбек Онгарович знает свое дело. Чистое отделение. Старшая медсестра и вся её команда очень ответственно относятся к своей работе. Что касатается общей больницы, сказать ничего её могу. Опыт был только в данном отделении. Отношение к клиентам могу сравнивать только с зарубежными клиниками, а значит остаётся только желать лучшего. Это медицина Казахстана

Случай вопиющий, вчера доставили парня в ужасном состоянии, после дтп с разбитой головой и частями тела, просто перебинтовали не обработав раны, без снимка МРТ и других надлежащих процедур выгнали из больницы с угрозами, парень еле добрался до дома, мать его в шоке, отчисления по бесплатному мед обследованию есть, что за БЕСПРЕДЕЛ ТВОРИТСЯ-ТО В ЭТОЙ БОЛЬНИЦЕ??? У МЕНЯ ВОПРОС К НАШЕЙ МЕДИЦИНЕ!!!!

Обожглась паром от чайника пришла сказали вам надо прививку от столбняка я говорю у меня на антибиотики и ТД аллергия все ли нормально будет да да нормально в итоге поставили с того момента три месяца прошло теперь из-за этого укола какая-то шишка под кожей если надавливать болит. Больница хорошая но приемный покой просто на дне работает
