It's good that the town hall has been restored. Near the house of the city manager. The center of our Minsk is beautiful, just super. I remember when I was traveling in the Baltic States in my youth, I wondered why they had town halls and we didn't. It is beautiful, compact, and near the Holy Spirit Cathedral. How few Orthodox churches were left to us, everything was destroyed by the Bolsheviks.

The town hall in Mogilev or any other city in Belarus is more interesting. The receptionist (caretaker), I don't know what to call it, is not particularly friendly.
