What we got after the fact: , Constant downtime. The site has not been stable almost from the very beginning. At the time of writing the review, this is the FOURTH DAY of complete inactivity! Imagine, the business is idle for the fourth day! ➜ Complete disregard. The most disgusting thing is the absolute lack of support. We wrote to the tickets, called, tried to contact them in any way. There was silence in response. No apologies, no clear explanations, or even attempts to solve the problem. It seems that after you moved in with them, they are no longer interested in you. , Deceptive advertising. They have some advantages on their website, but in fact we only encountered problems. All these "compensations" are just bait that has nothing to do with reality. Of course, there is no question of any compensation for four days of downtime. Bottom line: This hosting is a complete failure. Unreliable infrastructure and, even worse, a completely broken support service that simply ignores customers. If you want to create a game server, then you are at the wrong place. I wanted to create a game server for small gatherings with friends, I set everything up and the server did not work. As I learned later from the support, the rules prohibit the creation of game servers. Here's an interesting twist... The problem is that I have not found anywhere on the site a list of rules where it would be stated "game servers are prohibited by our company's policy". The money for the VPS cannot be returned, more precisely, it is possible, but only to the balance of the personal account. Nothing can be returned to the card. It's a shame, because I lost a day because of some rules that are not specified anywhere.. If we talk about the pros, then tech support responds very quickly, within 5 minutes, even at 4 a.m., and will always help with the problem. The prices are very pleasant. The website interface is user-friendly. The servers are working stably. In general, I can say that the hosting is excellent in terms of the servers themselves and the administration. BUT it's better to ask the support about their "phantom" rules in advance before buying, so as not to fly into money like me.

And everything was fine until a letter arrived in the morning that the service was blocked due to a complaint from some movie copyright holder, distribution was coming from the ip of the virtual machine. Contacted support, explained the situation, maybe somehow the traffic got in, disabled the torrent client. But the response from technical support is that the lock is permanent, we will not turn it on. Well, it was paid for several months, then I asked for a refund - the same refusal. When asked on what basis they refer to the contract, the contract contains a clause only on temporary suspension until the violation is eliminated and there is no word that you can not refund the money. When asked exactly what clause of the contract this was being done, support simply closed the TT. The TT number in the system is 128503. Think about whether to contact a company that behaves this way.
