Throughout the entire period of cooperation, if there were small problems, we always found a compromise in their solution. On the technical side, a few words, the most important thing is that there is no overselling (which is sinned almost through one), there is no trolling (which, although difficult to define, is still possible). If it says 8 GB of RAM, they are yours. If it says 4 CPUs, it's yours. Another important point is support... Support is working like clockwork, there has never been a single problem that could not be solved. Well, if we're going to get an honest review, then there are disadvantages... There is no line of tariffs focused on NVME volume, and to buy additional disk space to virtual machines when already at the peak of the tariff, well, it's really hard to afford.

Imagine, the business is idle for the fourth day! ➜ Complete disregard. The most disgusting thing is the absolute lack of support. We wrote to the tickets, called, tried to contact them in any way. There was silence in response. No apologies, no clear explanations, or even attempts to solve the problem. It seems that after you moved in with them, they are no longer interested in you. , Deceptive advertising. They have some advantages on their website, but in fact we only encountered problems. All these "compensations" are just bait that has nothing to do with reality. Of course, there is no question of any compensation for four days of downtime. The score is not 1, but 11. It's all because of the price and support. This is the cheapest provider in the Republic of Belarus and in the Russian Federation. There is literally no cheaper option. Especially considering such configurations (2 GB on Standard Shared). This is better than all of REG/Timeweb's Shared pricing plans. Even their main company (AdminVPS) is a bit more expensive, but all tariffs are for Standard Shared 1 GB. I will definitely set 15 if everything is stable. I've already thought about switching to other providers, but it turns out that absolutely everyone has problems with unavailability now. Even the big players. I hope that everything will stabilize.

The money for the VPS cannot be returned, more precisely, it is possible, but only to the balance of the personal account. Nothing can be returned to the card. It's a shame, because I lost a day because of some rules that are not specified anywhere.. If we talk about the pros, then tech support responds very quickly, within 5 minutes, even at 4 a.m., and will always help with the problem. The prices are very pleasant. The website interface is user-friendly. The servers are working stably. In general, I can say that the hosting is excellent in terms of the servers themselves and the administration. BUT it's better to ask the support about their "phantom" rules in advance before buying, so as not to fly into money like me.

I kept a small virtual server here for a VPN for a child to watch YouTube on TV. On the router, only Google grids were routed to it. And everything was fine until a letter arrived in the morning that the service was blocked due to a complaint from some movie copyright holder, distribution was coming from the ip of the virtual machine. Contacted support, explained the situation, maybe somehow the traffic got in, disabled the torrent client. But the response from technical support is that the lock is permanent, we will not turn it on. Well, it was paid for several months, then I asked for a refund - the same refusal. When asked on what basis they refer to the contract, the contract contains a clause only on temporary suspension until the violation is eliminated and there is no word that you can not refund the money. When asked exactly what clause of the contract this was being done, support simply closed the TT. The TT number in the system is 128503. Think about whether to contact a company that behaves this way.
