I rarely write negative reviews, but this is the case! The entrance to the restaurant began with the phrase of the barista "Hello to you too!", although I did not even open my mouth. Isn't it a basic rule not to be rude to the client? It turned out not to be. There was nowhere to land—the table was sticky, covered in crumbs and stains. They reacted reluctantly, with a sigh, to my request to wipe something. Overall, it feels like you're just putting up with customers. Coffee, in principle, is normal, but for the sake of it, to tolerate such treatment and unsanitary conditions? Thank you, no. I'll never set foot here again.

The coffee is delicious! But Anna could have been more polite, at least corny to say hello in return, and not stand with a sullen face. Everything happens in life, but if you work in the service sector, at least you can say hello. They lose customers because of such people. Have a conversation with this employee, although even a physical remark is unlikely to help here.
