We stopped to warm up and have a bite to eat at 4 p.m. on a weekday after visiting the observation deck on the 23rd floor. It was very cold and windy in early April, so it was not very comfortable to stay on the observation deck for a long time, and the cafe on the 22nd floor has cozy tables by the panoramic windows. In addition, the entrance to the cafe is included in the price of the entrance ticket to the observation deck. You can get to the cafe only with an entrance ticket to the observation deck, the price of which, by the way, has increased from 5 to 12 rubles since our previous arrival in 2022. In the cafe, tables for four (ordinary chairs or comfortable sofas) are arranged in a circle near the panoramic windows, from where you can see Minsk from a bird's-eye view. The tables are not located side by side. There weren't many guests, so we chose a table we liked, with sofas, of course. There are various books on the windowsills and in the shelves. Nice interior. There are old photos of Minsk on the walls. The menu includes not only drinks and desserts, but also hot dishes. The prices seemed to be slightly higher than in other cafes in Minsk "without a panorama", where we have already visited. Apparently, the premium for the exclusive location. I liked that there are a lot of original teas on the menu, which after tasting can be bought for brewing at home. We ordered a pot of original meadow herb tea for 10 rubles, vanilla ice cream (two balls) for 7 rubles, and traditional draniki with a salad of fresh vegetables for 25 rubles (five large and delicious draniki in a serving). Everything was delicious, I liked it. The service is courteous and fast. You can pay both in cash and by card. We paid with a card, and in this case we need to go through the entire hall to the bar, because there are no portable terminals in the cafe.

An atmospheric place with a cool view of the city. Nice staff who goes to the meeting. After the observation deck, we went in for coffee, but all the tables were booked, the waiter girl went to the meeting because we didn't stay long, checked the booking time and found a table by the window.

For a three. We were in a cafe and a library. The view is beautiful, the rest falls short. The draniki are purchased one-to-one (this does not happen when they make it themselves), and the taste is not the same as in similar establishments in the city. The prices are higher than in the same Cornflowers. Maybe there are more cafes here after all - tea and coffee are delicious;)
