The card includes 3 drinks as a 200ml gift, for which the barista must tick a box and give the card back until it is completely filled. Problem: - Mom waited 20 minutes!!! - The baristas did not want to give out coffee, citing ignorance of the rules of the gift card. - They ticked the box and didn't want to return the card: "If they hadn't marked us, I wouldn't have taken the coffee, and so I had to wait for them to give me a drink for the tick... which they didn't want to give," my mother writes. - Customers!!! It was suggested to study the rules for using the card The barista called the receptionist, but she also did not know the rules for using the gift card.* Comparison with Cofix coffee shops in the city center : - The reviewer (me) has a similar gift card for 5 drinks. - In coffee shops in the city center (Yakub Kolos Square, Victory Square, Academy of Sciences), the gift card system works smoothly: they mark, ask for a choice of drink and give it out without problems.! The only thing was that the first time the barista did not know about the card, they contacted the administrator, and the issue was resolved in a minute with Apologies!!! They didn't even apologize here! And after 20 minutes, they made a drink when they didn't immediately hand over the card. - The situation in this coffee shop is regarded as a mockery of customers who have spent 20 minutes of their time. Thank you for not taking an hour.! - The coffee shop customer did not write a complaint on her own initiative. However, as a daughter, I write here at least in the cards about this situation and ask the management to train the staff on information about gift cards with indefinite validity, and not to mock the customers. I recommend visiting Cofix coffee shops in the city center if you have a gift card. P.S. : The coffee itself is delicious - cappuccino in the end, the barista gave out a cappuccino, but with a big favor and didn't want to give the card right away. Mom had to beg for that card back, so to speak.) Of course, there were no apologies even in words from the staff.

There was also no whipped cream that day, which is strange for a coffee shop. The main disadvantage is that the caps for the cups have run out. I had to drink coffee on the spot, as it was inconvenient to carry it. The coffee itself is fine, but the overall impression is spoiled. The little things are important. Hopefully, these are one-time issues, not a system. So far, there is room to grow.
