After repairing the toilet, according to numerous complaints from visitors, because the toilet was just in an ugly state, the staff decided to just bother less with cleaning (this is from their words). The staff lets you into the toilet only after 10 minutes of being there, and then if they see, according to them, that the visitor is "sick of it."I was not careful not to know this and visited the toilet, after which I was publicly rudely reprimanded by an employee who is almost three times younger than me.I would like to draw the attention of the employees of this coffee chain that such actions grossly violate Resolution No. 102 of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus of 2015.
